• 1. Approve the Map Plan and Report from LaBella Associates for proposed Water District Number 3 (WD#3).

• 2. Approval to set the Public Hearing for proposed Water District Number 3 (WD #3) for July 9, 2026, at 6:00 P.M.

• 3. Adoption of the Public Hearing Notice for proposed Water District Number 3 (WD #3).

• 4. Approval to spend $156 with ABS, Inc. for a postcard mailing announcing the public hearing for the proposed Water District Number 3 (WD #3).

• 5. The Town Board declares that, based on its review of its Environmental Record which has been prepared, the proposed Action will not result in any large and important impacts, and therefore, will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment.  A Negative Declaration under SEQR is therefore issued for this proposed Action, and the Town Board hereby issues a Negative Declaration for this Action under SEQRA.
